Maintenance tips and cooking steps:
Before using for the first time, apply a thin layer of lard to all parts of the pot.

Precautions:

保养小秘诀开锅步骤:
第一次使用之前锅内先在所有部位涂抹上一层薄薄的猪油
(没有猪油的可用生姜加食用油,开最小火)涂至2-3分钟.涂油作为养锅,
养好后晾干,晾干后在清水冲洗好使用。之后使用就不需要在重复这个操作了
注意事项:
1.不建议使用铁铲和钢丝刷 :因为为了保护锅并延长锅子的的使用寿命,建议平时使用木铲和硅胶铲,清洗的话可以使用海绵擦或者抹布呢。
2.不建议大火长期使用和空烧,因为我们锅子的导热比较快,所以平时的话建议中小火,因为中小火也有大火的效果呢。
