How to use it:
1. First hold the ruler with your left hand and fix it on the drawing paper.
2. Select any external gear and put it into the internal tooth plate so that it meshes so that it cannot disengage or skip teeth. Hold the ballpoint pen in your right hand and insert it so that the pen is perpendicular to the paper and rotate it in a certain direction to draw a beautiful curved pattern. Note: The inner and outer teeth should always be in contact with each other.
Replace it with another one as needed, and draw two or more gears on the original picture respectively, or move them parallelly up and down in one direction. Thousands of different patterns can be drawn.
3. Several painting methods:
1. Single hole painting method: that is, using different painting methods of one hole to achieve different effects.

百变万花尺基本上是全世界共通的童年记忆啊
很多人小时候都沉迷过一阵子，
而且还要收集不同款的，
画出的图案也不一样，
重点是在画之前都不知道会画出什么，
这种惊喜感比刮刮乐还让人上瘾啊～
简单的百变万花尺，
却可以画出不计其数的花色图案。
用不同尺寸和形状的子尺或母尺排列组合出来的图案更是多种多样：
可独画，也可叠画、接画。
使用方法如下：
一、先用左手按住尺子 ，固于画的纸面上。
二、选择任一只外齿轮，放入内齿板使之啮合，不能脱离和跳齿；右手握圆珠笔插入使笔垂直于纸面，朝一定方向转动，即可画出美丽的曲线花纹图样。注意：内外齿要始终仅靠。
根据需要再换上一个，二个以上的齿轮分别在原图上作画，或朝一个方向上，下平行移动。可绘制出成千上万种不同图案。
三、几种画法：
1单孔画法：即利用一只孔的不同画法来达到不同的效果。
（1）画到底：即画到最后重复（终始点连接）为止。
（2）移齿法：即画到一定圈数停笔，根据图案需要位移一齿或数齿后继续做画。
2多孔组合画法：
（1）同一外齿轮上孔与孔的组合法：即先用一只外齿轮上的两只或两只以上的孔先后作画
