💥 Game Overview
UNO Show ’Em No Mercy is the most ruthless and chaotic version of UNO ever made.
It builds on the classic UNO gameplay but adds extreme draw cards, stacking punishment, and a brutal elimination rule when players collect too many cards.
In this version, luck and revenge go hand-in-hand — once your hand hits 25 cards, you’re eliminated instantly!
As the name suggests, there’s no mercy here — only chaos, payback, and survival.
🎯 Objective
Be the first player to get rid of all your cards,
or be the last player standing after everyone else is eliminated.
🧩 Setup

Shuffle the entire deck.

Deal 7 cards to each player.

Place the remaining cards face down as the Draw Pile.

Flip one card face up to start the Discard Pile.

The player to the dealer’s left starts, and play continues clockwise.
🃏 How to Play

On your turn, play one card that matches the color, number, or symbol of the top card on the discard pile.

If you don’t have a playable card, keep drawing cards until you can play one.

When you have one card left, shout “UNO!”

If another player catches you forgetting before your next turn, draw 2 cards as a penalty.
