Dry cooking
Boil the water, throw the noodles down, cook for about 1 minute and 40 seconds, then you can pick it up
Appropriate amount of scallion oil/lard, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, char siu sauce, pepper powder, take a dip and serve with some shiitake mushrooms minced pork or roast pork char siu and choy sum.
If you have the dry sauce from Ah Mok grocery store, it is more convenient. Just pour in the dry sauce and fish and you can eat it.
Some people would add fish sauce, but Ah Mok didn’t put it out if he thought it was weird.
